Reservation Deadline: Monday, 16 May 2011

To secure the preferred SLA 2011 rates, you must reserve your accommodations through the official SLA Housing Office when it becomes available.  Individual hotels will not be able to directly offer our special rates.

All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking equal to the first night?s room or suite rate plus tax. Deposits may be made by check, money order, or credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Make checks payable to : SLA 2011 Housing Office. Although all reservations are guaranteed for late arrival, arrival dates are firm. Deposits are non-refundable after Monday, 16 May 2011.

Please note: Ample hotel accommodations usually are available. Unfortunately, there may not be enough rooms at each property to satisfy every attendee under every circumstance.

  • Individuals requiring special accommodations are urged to note the request on the housing request form. We will make every effort to honor your request.
  • Bed types and special requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The majority of hotels are now all non-smoking.

US State Department Visa Information
Currently, there is an extended wait time to process some Visas so we recommend you start early. In some cases it has been shown to take more than 115 days to process. If you need a letter of invitation to participate in the conference, please send your name, company name, job title, mailing address, phone number and a brief statement of why you believe it would be beneficial for you to attend the SLA Annual Conference to Caroline Rives. For more specific information please contact your nearest Consular Office.
